My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were spacious and modern with a king suite, but unfortunately, the noise from the fan was a constant disturbance. The rooms were clean and had comfortable 'Hampton bed' linens and a flat-screen TV, but the water temperature in the shower was inconsistent due to issues from an adjacent room. The service was excellent, with staff going out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay, especially Flo, who greeted us by our names. The location was convenient for our travel needs, being close to the airport and not too far from downtown attractions, although the cleanliness could have been better. The dining options were passable, but I found myself eating out for most of my stay. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
